- At each yearly inspection Dan explains what he has done and leaves the paperwork to verify same. The office staff is always courteous and pleasant. Misty always has a smile in her voiced. I received a card to remind me it is time to schedule the inspection. I receive a call to tell me that they are on the way. I cannot say enough about the service received and continue to receive. It is evident that this entire staff is happy at work, get along well, like each other and have customer service as a priority. Having been in management for several years I know this type of worth ethics is set by example. Trane could not ask for better representation.
