Brandon's Exclusive Warranty & Guarantee
Brandon's AC warrantees the following items for the life of the system against defects in materials or workmanship from the date equipment is placed into operation by us. Proper maintenance is what allows us to offer this unique warranty. The only requirement to keep this protection in force for the life of the system is to renew your annual maintenance program when due.
First year maintenance is included, and entails the following:
- All ductwork
- All ductwork insulation
- All sheet metal straps, clamps, fasteners, hangers, locks & drives
- All condensate drain piping, hangers and fittings
- All high voltage electrical wiring, conduits, fittings, straps, clamps and terminal connectors
- All high voltage electrical disconnects, boxes, switches and fuse blocks
- All low voltage electrical wiring, wire nuts, straps, ties and connectors
- All refrigerant piping we install is guaranteed to be refrigerant leak free*
- All refrigerant piping insulation
- All equipment pads, stands, jacks and vibration elimination devices
*Warranty does not include the cost to gain access to underground or other inaccessible piping.
